Sold our house with James last year; he was thorough and straightforward and we appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he was a broker. We had three agents trying to get us to sell with them and although James priced our place a bit less than the other agents, we felt he had the best handle on the market and what it was worth. Sure enough, we had offers almost immediately and he actually got us more for us than what the other agents had offered to list it for. We not only would (but will be) using him again because our youngest is graduating from high school next year
